Purchase Individual Event Tickets

In Person: Tickets are available for purchase one month before each event at SOS, the SPI Art Incubator, and the Art Gallery in Lighthouse Square.
At Door: Tickets may also be available for purchase at the door on the night of a performance provided the show is not sold out in advance.

Online: Tickets may be purchased online via Eventbrite

HANDICAP ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

EPAF will provide early seating for patrons in wheelchairs or those needing special assistance. To assist EPAF to plan for seating arrangements, we encourage patrons in wheelchairs or those needing special assistance to contact the House Manager at 945-943-4700 the day prior to the show.

Purchase a Season Ticket at the SPI Art Incubator or at the door when you attend the season-opening event.

Ticketing Policies

Refunds:  El Paseo Arts Foundation does not offer refunds on any purchases. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event dates.

If an error has been made or you are unable to use your tickets, you may contact the EPAF at 956-943-4700 to see if your ticket can be donated back to EPAF as tax-deductible gift or if your purchase is entitled to exchange privileges.

Exchanges: All exchanges must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Donations: Tickets may be donated back to the Playhouse as a tax-deductible gift when the office receives at least 48 hours notice. The ticket price (less fees) is tax deductible.

Discounted Tickets: Discounted tickets available for groups and for young people. Contact EPAF at 956-943-4700 to arrange group or youth ticket sales.

Ticketing: All tickets purchased online are sent in the form of digital eTickets which can either be shown on your mobile device or printed out at home.

Late Arrivals: We do not issue refunds or exchanges due to late arrivals. Late guests will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager when there is an appropriate break in the performance.

Rescheduled Performances: In the event that a performance is rescheduled or canceled, the box office will make every effort to contact patrons affected by this change. We will do our best to help you move your tickets to another performance during the season or will issue you a gift card for the value of your tickets with no expiration date. Please note that we can only contact the original party who made the purchase. If you have purchased tickets for someone else, it will be your responsibility to notify them.
